16 Rumus Tenses English Grammar


Membahas Rumus 16 Tenses English Grammar berarti membahas formula dan formasi kalimat berwaktu dalam tata bahasa inggris. Suatu pembahasan pokok dalam tata bahasa inggris yang tidak mudah dipahami.

Sangat tidak mudah. Karena selain rumusnya banyak dan permasalahannya kompleks, kita juga dituntut untuk mampu membedakan karakteristik dari masing-masing 16 rumus tenses tersebut agar tidak salah memilih kapan rumus-rumus tersebut cocok dipergunakan. 

Pembahasannya sangat panjang jika harus dijelaskan semuanya secara lengkap dalam satu artikel ini. Oleh karena itu blogbelajar.com membaginya menjadi 17 artikel. 

Formula kalimat berwaktu tersebut bisa berupa verbal sentence bisa juga nominal sentence. Formasinya direkrut dari 8 Parts of Speech : Verb, Noun, Pronoun, Adverb, Adjective, Preposition, Interjection dan Conjunction. Hanya saja yang lebih dominan pada pembentukan kalimatnya adalah verb, noun, pronoun dan adverb of time.

Berikut ini adalah 16 Rumus Tenses English Grammar Modern. Totalnya adalah 22 rumus , terdiri dari : 17 verbal sentence dan 5 nominal sentence.

01. S + ((am/is/are) / verb 1)) Simple Present Tense

  • Nominal Sentence : Subject + to be (am/is/are) "where are you? i'm in my home now". 
  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + verb 1 "Sarimin goes to market every morning" - "The sun rise on the east".

02. S + am/is/are + verb 1-ing Present Continuous Tense

  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + to be (am/is/are) + Verb 1-ing "You're reading article word by word now"

03. S + have/has + (been/verb 3) Present Perfect Tense

  • Nominal Sentence : Subject + Have/Has + Been "Valentino Rossi has been on the track". 
  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + Have/Has + Verb 3 "Andrea Dovisiozo has overtaken Marc Marquez at lap 20".

04. S+ have/has + been + verb 1-ing Present Perfect Continuous Tense

  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + Have/Has + Been + Verb 1-ing "Joan Mir has been overtaking Fabio Quartararo before Feco Bagnaia out of race"

05. S + ((was/were) / (verb 2)) Simple Past Tense

  • Nominal Sentence : Subject + Was/Were "Marc Marquez was The MotoGP Champion last year". 
  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + Verb 2 "Marc Marquez won MotoGP Champion last year".

06. S + was/were + verb 1-ing Past Continuous Tense

  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + Was/Were + Verb 1-ing "Andrea Dovisiozo was overtaking Marc Marquez at last lap on Redbull Ring Circuit last year".

07. S + had + (been/verb 3) Past Perfect Tense

  • Nominal Sentence : Subject + Had + Been "I had been in Catalunya before You come yesterday". 
  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + Had + Verb 3 "My Boss had gone to Bank Central Asia when I had gone to Catalunya yesterday".

08. S + had + been + verb 1-ing Past Perfect Continuous Tense

  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + Had + Been + Verb 1-ing "Joan Mir had been overtaking Fabio Quartararo before Feco Bagnaia out of race last night".

09. S + ((am/is/are + going to) / (will/shall)) + verb 1 Simple Future Tense

  • Verbal Sentence 1 : Subject + Am/Is/Are + Going To + Verb 1 "Kabayan is going to marry on 17 August 2021". 
  • Verbal Sentence 2 : Subject + Will/Shall + Verb 1 "We will go to Mekah, insya Allah ".

10. S + will/shall + be + verb 1-ing Future Continuous Tense

  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + Will/Shall + Be + Verb 1-ing "Excuse me sir, I shall be presenting the result of my research assignment next week, becouse I am sick today" - "Hi You, You will be presenting your assignment next season, okay?".

11. S + will + have + verb 3 Future Perfect Tense

  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + Will + Have + Verb 3 "I will have written seven articles by the end of this week, She will have made seven articles by the end of this week".

12. S + will + have + been + verb 1-ing Future Perfect Continuous Tense

  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + Will + Have + Been + Verb 1-ing "I will have been studying arabic for 2 year by the end of March Next Year".

13. S + would/should + be/verb 1 Simple Past Future Tense

  • Nominal Sentence : Subject + Would/Should + Be "We would be here if you was here yesterday". 
  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + Would/Should + Verb 1 "We would give you sureprize if you came yesterday".

14. S + would/should + be + verb 1-ing Past Future Continuous Tense

  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + Would/Should + Be + Verb-ing "Dani Pedrosa would be overtaking Marc Marquez if Marc Marquez was not out of race last night".

15. S+ would + have + verb 3 Past Future Perfect Tense

  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + Should/Would + Have + Verb 3 "I would have bought a new car if I had a lot of money last year".

16. S + would + have + been + verb 1-ing Past Future Perfect Continuous Tense

  • Verbal Sentence : Subject + Would/Should + Have + Been + Verb 1-ing "She Would have been studying here for two years by last July if she was not sick".
